The Database of State Incentives for Renewables & Efficiency (DSIRE) is a comprehensive source of information on state, local, utility and federal incentives and policies that promote renewable energy and energy efficiency. A report on America's Climate Choices, published in 2011 by The National Academies Press, summarizes the most recent scientific evidence that is detailed in four other reports.
