The PE4RC energy knowledge, actions and plans survey packet was mailed to 1988 addresses in Canelo, Elgin, Patagonia, and Sonoita Arizona. An announcement with a link to the online version of the response form was also e-mailed to the distribution list, which contains about 320 addresses, for the Sonoita Crossroads Community Forum.
